Probably, I do have the original bill of sale. And I got it from the original owner as a frame with headset. He gave me a miche BB and the original TA pro-5-vis cranks... I have to doubt that the Miche was original and guess that maybe it was re-tapped at some point when the BB was replaced. It's pretty likely since it was repainted and had braze-ons added in the mid 80s that modification like that were done.
