I'm really liking it so far. The people I work with are super nice which is the best part for sure. It's a pretty fun environment. The bikes are really nice and I'll probably get one because it's such a good deal/investment. On the other hand, it has helped me to think a little more practically about bikes. I want another steel track bike, with a nice tubeset, and geometry of my choosing. I think I'd be happy with that. I don't give a crap about the stiffest/lightest blah blah blah. Who cares. Seriously. Is all of that worth $6000? I don't think so. As I said I'm only considering getting one because I would get it for considerably less than that.
