As has been mentioned (it's the last leg of my 15-mile inbound,) Inman Park ("Little Five Points") is probably about 10 minutes by bike from downtown Atlanta, and Candler Park is another five or ten minutes further out. In other words, your commute would be no longer than about 4 miles, all on slower neighborhood intown streets or bike routes. Cool, older neighborhoods: Inman park is over 100 years old, and Candler park is probably 80 or so.
