1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
2007 Giant Cypress W.

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
Senior Multi; C, B Complex, E, Fish Oil, Flax Oil, Glucosamine Chondroitin with MSM; Garlic; Echinacea and Golden Seal; (and three others I can't think of right now--I guess one of 'em should be for memory!)

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
Slowed down in what respect?

4. How long have you been biking?
Childhood into my teens, then nothing until I decided that the stationary at the gym reminded me of good times and I found a bike I love.

5. What type of biking do you do?
Recreational, fitness.

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
As much and as often as possible, but since I've only had my bike since just before Christmas, it's kinda hard to estimate annual mileage.

7. Do you do any other type of physical activities?
Stationary bike; treadmill; elliptical; Cybex machines.
