Anyway 32 miles is not too much for women. Look up Machka, she usually posts in Training and Nutrition Forum, she rides hundreds of miles. That being said, 32 miles is a descent distance ride. So make sure you have a right bike for the job. In other words full suspension MTB might not be the best thing. Also make sure the bike is fitted. Most common cycling injuries that relate to knees result from people who have seats too low, and think 30rpm in highest gear they have is the way to go.
