There have been several near mint chrome 70's full Campy Paramounts that sold on eBay recently - 2 or 3 were sold in November-December. All went for less than $1,300 - as I recall one went for less than $1,000.
Though there were some oddballs in there -- those bikes weren't necessarily original, down to the details, which does factor into collectability. What's more interesting is the number of near mint, non-chrome 70's Paramounts on eBay recently selling in the $1200 range.
