Could be better. We have a fixed rack for about 7 bikes (300 people work in this building) and a "rack" that holds another 10 but is not fastened to anything. There are maybe 12 summer commuters, so during peak season late morning commuters (that's me!) will have to be creative about where to lock their bikes, as the proper rack is quickly filled with bikes. Fortunately there are quite a few posts, rails etc. in the semi-secure, CCTV monitored backyard to lock your bike into.
We have two showers and a sauna in the building. I have never used them, because there are no lockers. Lack of properly ventilated lockers is also the only reason I don't commute by bike during the proper winter months. I can hang summer gear (shorts and a t-shirt) discreetly in my own room, but a whole winter riding set - no way.
