That's great Rob P but, I tried to buy a saddle from your company just a couple weeks ago and, was told saddle sales were final and, that I could not return a saddle, even if I only sat on it and did not ride it. This was the Selle SMP saddle and, I simply would not pay over $200 for a saddle that could not be returned.

I look forward to hearing more about this "life size" program but, I must say, it sounds like some hokey-pokey hype program where one prints out a life size picture of a saddle and expects it to tell the truth about individual fit and comfort. Anyway, I hope that's not the case.

Edit: Apparently saddles can be returned, I have been advised. So, I stand corrected on the above statement and have edited accordingly. Hope its right now.
