rnhood - your post sounded so far off our company policy I had to go look up your email conversation to confirm you had one with this company. You will be receiving an email from me directly. Our policies can be found on our site and not one states all sales are final. So I’m afraid there has been a miscommunication, all sales are not final with us. Used is a different story.

As for the program, there are two stages to our launch. One now and then following customer feedback a far more complex system. However such an undertaking is huge and we want a lot of feedback to offer the best service possible. Our aim is to reduce buyer error with a FREE service.

I’m not saying this is going to be perfect, but from our pilot program that many took part in this summer the feedback was very encouraging. So it might not be a perfect for you, but I hope you choose to see it for what it is, and don’t slam it.

When we launch the program we will encourage feedback so you can send your feedback to the team working on this project. I will encourage all to send them constructive feedback so we might develop it further. We really want to keep it free.
