I cut a hole the size of a nickel or quarter in mine for my mouth. I had the same problems before that.

Blow straight out when you exhale- this helps at stops too. I also wear ski goggles, and they have not fogged down to -3F so far. I wear an extra skull cap from Under Armor (sp?) that I got for Christmas. It seems to help keep my head warmer.

I did not ride in today, as I was running late.
