If you're talking about the crank arm probably not, but it would be wise to ask someone, (your local shop), who can SEE it.

If your're talking about your bottom bracket , just get the right tool. If your bottom bracket is "Italian" don't forget the threads on the left side are right handed not left as on "English" BBs
