IronClad gloves for winter commuting

Hi guys

I've searched the forums, and seen that a few people (Michigander among them) uses IronClad work gloves when on the bike, but it's not clear whether they use them on their own or in winter. I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience of using IronClad General Utility or Cold Condition gloves. I'd be getting them in the orange/reflective guise for commuting purposes (aka "Fredding out"), as here: https://www.ironclad.com/www/product...ID=40&catID=75

Are they likely to be warm enough on their own for a Northeastern winter but also flexible enough to grip the handlebars/brake levers OK? They seem to be designed for guys using forklifts in cold storage, so I'd guess they'd probably be OK.
