I think the geo is different, but everything else is the same. Crowned fork, tubing, eyelets etc.

KHS Flite 100 (57):
HT angle: 75*
ST angle: 74*
Top Tube: 575mm
Chainstay: 401mm
Fork Offset: 28 mm

Mercier Kilo TT (57):
HT angle: 73.5*
ST angle: 74*
Top Tube: 590mm
Chainstay: 405mm
Fork Offset: 40 mm

Maybe they are made by the same people, maybe they are made of the same material, but I am sorry these are not the same frames.
