Congrats on the new bike KidT. I did about the same thing as you. I was riding the Trek Fx 7300, which I gave to my son after 1700 miles. Then I bought a Jamis steel bike, which I like a lot. Then Oct. first I bought the Specialized Elite triple and I can't say enough good things about it. I have the 2007 model, because I got a great price, but there wasn't that many changes anyhow. All I can say is enjoy and that's silly to say because I know you will, have fun and good luck.
