One other thing I was thinking, when you do get co-branded with other sites the traffic here will definetly increase. As a result you may wind up with many users who will deteriorate the healthy environment this site enjoys( I hope I share others opinion), so I was thinking you you may want to have an email that goes out to new members that is like"the Ten laws of Bikeforums.com" or something like that because no one really reads the terms of service. And that way if extreme measures have to be taken, the members can't say," I didn't know". And also, if you need some moderators let me know.
