I've got a soft spot (on top of my head, the wife says) for old Raleighs too, but I think this one would just break your heart and bank account. Hold out for one that still has the original Brooks saddle, or a Dynohub, or at least one with straight running gear. They're out there, hanging from dusty garage rafters, just waiting for you...
