Here's the main site. I thought it looked vague too - until you click on the Route you want, let's say Route L. Then, when it takes you to the next map, click on any of the numbers for an even more detailed view of that particular stretch.

I had no idea Route L extended up the whole length of the state - I did see the signs for it by the velodrome in T-town though.
