I know you want to get back on the bike tomorrow, but give it a little rest at least. Are they prescribing PT? I think the fact that you are so physically fit (and a fine specimen, I might add), I think you'll heal a lot quicker than someone who lounges on the couch on the weekend. With all that said, get well soon, and hopefully you'll be out there for the Santa Barbara ride.

PS On a scale of 1-10, how were the paramedics?
You are too kind, Ron! I'm not a fine speciman at present. I'm all swollen...my shoulder is really starting to swell. But I will ease back into it and the Dr. gave me some exercises to do if not too painful. Tonight, it's too painful, but tomorrow, pain or no pain, I'll be doing them, plus, I plan to hit the gym and ride the recumbant and maybe go hiking or something. I have to exercise for sure!

Um...on a scale of 1-10, two of them were all out 10s...but one was too young for me and the other married. That is what you mean, right?
