Nope, not bad and to-be-expected. It's the tension on the spokes relieving and settling. Some wheelbuilders will actually ride the wheels or submit them to some sort of stress relieving exercise prior to delivery. Some don't. No biggee. The point of returning them after 60 miles to make final adjustments after everything has settled.
