About four years ago I bought one to basically flip it as a tri bike(sell for profit), and to see if I wanted one for myself. The frame wasn't superlight but light enough. With a straight seatpost, and bladed fork it really looked the part of a tri bike and I did make a little cash selling it off built up. At the time chuck was selling those frames without forks for about 350. They are from the martec factory. Nothing magnificent but definately nothing to be scared of. I've had numerous positive experiences with Chuck and I doubt hes about to start making bad business decisions.
