Im thinking about going with the white industries double double because a set up like that i think would be great for a cross bike. My concern is that the way they have it set up would be too low for riding on the road. The larger of the two ratios is 38:16 and that is 2.375 to 1. The other ratio is 35:19 and that is roughly 1.842 to 1. Too low for road riding? Mind that these are on 700 wheels.
