I just got a Giro Eclipse, and it has plenty of room for my ponytail. Most of the aero-designs these days are pony-tail friendly - they all sit up much higher than the older ones. I have a Bella as well (I guess it's a women's Bell) that is also fine with a ponytail. Any of the ones with a pointy-aero back should be fine.
