Nishiki Build Up

I have a Nishiki frame of unknown year (probably sometime in the 80's is my guess) that I got from a friend and turned into a fixed gear. All of a sudden I have an impulse to go on a multi-state bicycle tour this summer and because of my tight budget need to build the frame back up to a functional touring bike.

I found a fellow selling a complete Shimano 600 groupset on Craigslist: (http://denver.craigslist.org/bik/538336787.html) that should get me well on my way. My only problem is that I don't know where or how to get the appropriate derailleur hanger as my frame doesn't have one built in. I have seen the web sights selling hangers but they only sell hangers for nishiki models in the late nineties.

The number on the bottom bracket is ks217465 if that helps. Of course my friend spray painted the frame so any other identifiers are covered in paint. I would love to know the year and model of the frame if anyone new how to find it.

Any advice?
