Here are levers that are still being made (that I can think of)...

Shimano type (like the Ultegra ones)
Campagnolo Record carbon
Tektro ergo copy type
Cane Creek and Soma glitzier versions thereof
LeeChi and Tektro nasty cheap ones
Dia Compe


There are plenty of cool ones that are out of production.

Modolo levers look really cool, and they made them for Sachs and Miche too.

You could try and find some of the (Gipiemme?) graphite levers (Cronosprint?) for more cool.

Other than that, you're left with older Shimano, Campagnolo and Suntour models. Campagnolo ones are nice looking, and chunky.

I have a pair of new in box Cane Creek levers with gum hoods that I might let go. Gum hoods rule!
