The "East" votes so far have been for central TN and Nyack, NY. What are some other "east coast" options? I don't mean to hijack the thread, but someone's got to attempt to curtail the CA lovefest.
Central North Carolina has quite an active cycling scene (I miss it there).
But I honestly think that voting for anything "back East" is a competition for the AA title...here, there are too many centuries of urbanization, suburbinization, and human breeding to compete with the wide-open feel of the West
