How about a tss32 twist grip shifter? You can see it at sturmey-archer.com. It's for the new hubs, but they use the same shifters. I have a new one that I have no use for. PM me your address and you can have it. I'll send the cable, too. They came with my new hub, but I opted to use an old-style trigger shifter.
