yes, Id love to have a 5900 or Bianchi but Im buying this bike to ride, have fun and most of be HEALTHIER! so $500 for a "real" bike carbon fork and all the other stuff above is what makes me lean towards it.
Welcome to bicycling. There is a lot of Ford vrs Chevy talk even in the bike world. If the bike fits and you ride it a lot great. Trek is a great company Have fun !!!
