I just did this myself. If you're getting an Ultra Torque group, you'll need either:

Park BBT-9 : 16 notch bearing cup wrench (works for Shimano & Campy as stated above) or
Park BBT-19 : 16 notch BB tool, like above, but fits 3/8" driver
Park BBT-5 : Cassette lockring / older Record BB tool (if you go with Campy wheels)

I also bought myself Park's 3/8" drive torque wrench (TW-2) for installing the crankset.
