I've got all the adjustments dialed in and I don't think the dérailleur or bracket is bent. The problem is better after adjusting the stops, but still happens usually after about 8 or 10 backpedal revolutions. I'm not positive but I think my large chain ring is bent or has a bad tooth, it's pretty worn anyways. I marked the chain ring where the chain is jumping and the chain always jumps off within 2 teeth of the mark. I'm going to try replacing it first and see.
