What hubs, rims and spokes are you using on your present wheels. How many spokes. If you don't know or if their generic came with the bike, thats ok, let us know.

On the White Rabbit (TT trainer) I am using new generation Shimano 105 hubs, Mavic CXP22 rims and DT Swiss 2.0/1.8 DB spokes. Laced 32 hole radial front, half radial (non drive side)/3 cross rear.

These are budget performance training wheels for a large rider.
