Tonight's 35 mile ride up Page Mill to Skyline. I was fine on the way up until the top when my knees started getting cold while putting on the arm warmers. On the trip down toes started feeling it at the base of Moody and got worse by Foothill and El Monte. I high tailed it the rest of the way home as fast as I could. Wool socks, plastic bags over them, PI shoe covers was not enough to keep them warm. I'll need to be way more careful in the future and come up with something better. Frost bite = bad.
