I'm hoping. I still need to get a spacer for the new stem I got. It's tough when I work so late. I'm calling around and then begging my wife to pick it up (like she isn't super busy too)
And, though I bike commute in rain, I'm not taking the new stead out in rain just for fun.
So, it an absolute you-can-count-on-it maybe.
