Wake up at 5:15 or 5:30
Take dog on 3-4 mile run
Shower, eat, get dressed, out the door by 7:30
One mile ride on my folder to catch 7:40 train in Baltimore
Into DC by 8:40
1.5 mile ride from station to work, start work by 9:00
