Bikes: '07 Lemond Sarthe, '85 Cannondale ST500

I ride the 45 mile round trip about 3 days/week. I always pack the bag/lunch the night before.

5:45 Alarm goes off
6:00 Out the door
7:30 get to work, shower, shave, ...
8:00 start working

5:00 get on the bike ...
