5.30-- up and at 'em (morning bombing run, breakfast)
6.00-- out the door
7.15-7.45 at work depending on the weather. And how I am feeling (I get caught up in thought a lot and coast...)
7.50 @ gym, (shower, shave, twice a week core workout)
8.15-8.45 at the desk (have flex time and depends on the core workout day)
in bed 10(10.30)-ish
