Most of my team is in California or Arizona and they don't start till 9PST which is 10 my time. It used to be we could work as much as we want from home but the company changed that policy and only one telecommute a week is aloud!

So what I do I log in to my corporate network at 6:30 or 7:00, do some work and then drive out at 7:45 and back at 8:30. Commuting and driving???? -- I drive my kids to a special dual/multi language school (10 miles each way). Wife picks them up. I bike up during my lunch time and come back 6-6:30. I sleep at 1 AM. During telecommute day/s -- I do an 18 mile loop in the hour of lunch time.
