What do you mean by "the tightening thing on the frame"? If it is what I think it is (a binder bolt for a seatpost lug type clamp) they're easy to find. Also, what do you mean by " one size too big"? If you have the wrong size seatpost in there, there's just about nothing you can do that will make it work acceptably. Get it out and get the right one in quick, you may have already damaged your frame.
