I dunno...sounds like somebody stripped th bike after they decided they didn't want to deal with it. I'd probably pass. I think it's fair to say the bike's former owner was a moron.

Is that hole all the way through, incidentally? That might affect things a little. I wouldn't even consider it if it's all the way through.
