When you get your delrin cover, I've read that people are using blue loctite to keep tension on that piece, as well as to keep the screw in place as a result of vibration, etc. You should contact Thor (thorusa.com) to see if he has other suggestions, but I think he said he's at a boat expo now. The other option is to check the
Dahon forums if you haven't already done so.
