Being polite is and should be expected when you're calling a company inquiring about their products so I don't get why everyone freaks out over how cool he is when he does so. He doesn't answer emails, at least not adequately, and that's crappy customer service.
You run a company and answer every single email that comes. It's not like they have a big customer service department.
