Serfas makes an "RX" seat that many people seem to like. You also might try the Terry Liberator.
Helmet is this month for sure. Gotta have one. Thought about a suspension seat post, and will look into that further. I'm going to home-build a light, I just like it that way its lots of fun to mess with stuff, as lont as it works ;-)
