I don't have any photos, but my first bike helmet was one of the first Bell helmets, white with the two red stripes, a low serial number even.
The breathing was terrible. I noticed that the problem was not the vents but how the styrofoam beneath it was shaped. So I ported the helmet, making each hole much more aerodynamically efficient. It worked beautifully. In celebration of that, I replaced the red stripe with a nice celtic design. It's the earliest decorated helmet that I know of.
