Look for the frame and fork on ebay. I have the Six13, and when I was looking for the frame the dealers quoted me at $999 for the CAAD9 frame and $1999 for the Six13 frame. I ended up getting a brand new Six13 frameset on ebay for $500. I'd imagine you could get a CAAD9 for around $400. Just make sure you're getting the right size frame.
