Man, I really intended to hydrate up for a 100 degree ride...When left the ocean side of the pass, it was 90 plus..When got over the pass to the inland valley's, it was still in the 90's...To think I took in all that Gatorade/Cytomax in prepartion for a really hot ride and it only was in the lo 90's...And to think, I took it really well and did not feel all that hot..With hills and lo 90's, My average speed was 14. That is just ok, for this heat woos. .
