Do they have to be passes climbed with loaded touring rigs or while on tour, or can I just go ride my bike over the local passes? I have white cayuse, chinook, snoqualmie, stevens, blewett, and north cascade/loup loup passes right close to me as well as some dirt logging road passes. Just what are the guide lines.
