Yeah, man!
I know just what you mean. Not only is the ride great, but it gets better all the time, and when I get home, or when I get to work after riding, man, no one feels as good as me! NO ONE! HAHA!!!
Anyway, my last ride was Friday. Somehow, I concentrated more on my knees, rather than my spinning motion. Well, I didn't forget about the spinning, just that I concentrated on lifting my knees up toward my chest (I don't know, I didn't read that anywhere, it just seemed like the thing to do). As I did this, it seemed the spinning was easier and got faster, and guess what--so did I! My form seemed more controllable. I think the more I ride, the better my "feel"
on the bike gets for a riding form that gives me power and control. Great rides, both to work and back home.
Take care, Fub5!
