I've had my '03 KG381 for about six minths now and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Can't say enouygh good about this frame. Smooth, fast, comfortable - awesome out-of -saddle performance. I don't know about the stem, but the ergopost is sweet). The bike is a joy to ride and I get compliments all the time. I have the matte black model with gloss carbon lettering. My LBS hooked me up - you can score a great deal at CompetitiveCyclist.com iof they have your size.
