The seat tube lenght is always 545mm regardless of size. I don't know if that is a negative thing.

If this is this picture you’re referring to. I don't think this it’s the same frame. Look at the down tube. There also doesn't seem to be the upward angle at the end of the chain stays at the drops. Although I think it could just be the angles of the pictures them selves.

Shorten the wheel base, lower center of gravity and stiffer.
