No, no worries about that UCI rule on this frame ;-)
But what i don't get is when in process of designing the frame that one can miss such an obvius thing.
I mean you want the gap to be minimal (and still comply to UCI reg) to get the most aerodynamic effect.
What do you think about the fact that the frame come in one size regarding the seattube lenght? Is that a problem?
