I think what they did was fine, get you into the ballpark of where you should be. What you are asking for, a professional fit that is written in stone, doesn't exist, despite the claims by the most expensive professional fitter with the most advanced "systems" that their method is perfect.
Its up to you now to ride tha bike and expreiment with seat height, fore/aft adjustment, handle bar height, handlebar angle and any other parameters until you get a comfortable fit.
Just change one parameter at a time, in small increments. And ask the advice of someone you trust that has a good fit, to watch you as you ride on the road, to critique your position. Many times a disinterested person can see something you don't.
+1 - The bike shop got you in the ballpark. You can do the rest yourself, incrementally as stated here or you can pay a trained professional to get the bike dialed in more.
